Overview

WANDIQ LIMITED uses carefully selected third-party service providers (sub-processors) to support the delivery of its services.

Sub-processors may process personal data on our behalf only for the purpose of providing the services to our customers and strictly in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable data protection law.

This page is published in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

How we use sub-processors

We engage sub-processors for infrastructure, automation, communication, monitoring, and security-related functions.

Sub-processors do not use personal data for their own purposes. WANDIQ LIMITED remains responsible for the acts and omissions of its sub-processors in accordance with its Data Processing Agreement.

Categories of sub-processors

Depending on configuration and customer usage, we may engage sub-processors in the following categories:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure

Customer relationship management and communications

Automation and system integrations

Messaging and telephony services

Analytics, monitoring, and logging

Security, backup, and disaster recovery

Named sub-processors (indicative)

The following sub-processors may be used as part of the WANDIQ services, depending on customer configuration and service usage:

Sub-processor: Google Cloud Platform

Cloud infrastructure, hosting, and backend services

Processing location: UK, EEA, and other locations

Sub-processor: Microsoft

Purpose: Productivity services and cloud infrastructure

Processing location: UK, EEA, and other locations

Sub-processor: GoHighLevel

Purpose: CRM and customer communication platform

Processing location: United States and other locations

Sub-processor: Zapier

Purpose: Workflow automation and system integration

Processing location: United States and other locations

Sub-processor: Make (formerly Integromat)

Purpose: Workflow automation and system integration

Processing location: EEA and other locations

Sub-processor: Messaging and communication providers

Purpose: SMS, WhatsApp, and related messaging services

Processing location: EEA and third countries

The specific sub-processors engaged may vary depending on service configuration and customer usage.

Updates to this list

We may update this page from time to time as our services evolve.

Publication of an updated list on this page constitutes notice in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.

Customers may object to the appointment of a new sub-processor only on reasonable data protection grounds, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
